Wanting more than an inspection service, your property condition assessment is based on ASTM E-2018 standard and is a financial study aimed at analyzing the financial requirements of a property over a 10 year period. Your property condition report includes prioritized list of repairs, capital replacement needs, deferred maintenance, remaining useful life (RUL) of all major building systems and overall design intent.
