Brad McLeese was the inspector who attended my Home Inspection. He sounded technically strong and the same reflected in his report with all details captured. The platform through which inspection report was shared gave me an option to select the punch point which i want it to be addressed by the seller. It was really very good tool which helped me to address all the concerns i had with the home.

Brad was incredibly thorough with his inspection and saved us from getting into a home that needed a lot of extra work, things we didn’t even notice. He caught things like an extension cord run through the garage to power the garage door opener because there was no power to it. We didn’t even notice it. He saw loose faucets and draining under a kitchen and bathroom sinks that had caused damage.

100% recommend Brad as your home inspector!!! He was so thorough and spent a whole hour with us going over the inspection. Because it was an independent inspector and not someone recommended by the realtor, we felt really good about his opinion. He also included opinions of cost in his report so that we have helpful starting points for negotiations. He also has a warm, humorous, and understanding personality which was good for us nervous first time homebuyers. 😊
