Our inspector Brad was very thorough and did a fantastic job. He made sure to cover everything we needed to know before moving forward on the house, good and not so good. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Brad was on time, helpful, and professional. He explained things to my (non mechanically minded level) and produced a thorough, and easy to read report (that got us $$ off at closing).

This was my first time getting a home inspection. Brad was on time, I think he did a thorough job and spent the time to explain to me any problems he found. I appreciated he didn't seem to be in a hurry and took his time. The only feedback I have, is some of the pictures he took were a little blurry. I think an extra second to focus the camera would have been nice. But other than that the explanations and thoroughness of the inspection were great. He even took time to use a drone to get a look of the roof caps. This roof was too steep to climb on so the drone performed that part of the inspection, which I thought was pretty cool. I would use HomeGuard Inspections again in the future.

Brad was very helpful and thorough through our home inspection. As first time home buyers there is a lot to be overwhelmed by but he explained everything simply and easy to understand. Definitely made this step in the process easy. Highly recommend!
