Brad McLeese did a home inspection for us at the end of September. I was impressed with how thorough and detailed it was. He did an excellent job. We had Brad as our home inspector back in December. We had a good experience. He was timely, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He noticed small details with wear and possible issues which helped us a lot before closing. He also took the time to go over options and questions we had. It's difficult to catch everything in an inspection, but I'm happy to say we haven't had any issues since. I recommend his services.
