Because it was an independent inspector and not someone recommended by the realtor, we felt really good about his opinion. Brad is very thorough, explains the issues at hand with ease and takes the time needed to do so. He's open to questions and walks through the home with the buyer addressing items they have concern about. He doesn't scare a buyer and explains those items that are commonly found, those items that are more unique or need attention right away.
