We are buying a home for the first time in 28 years. Having a home inspection has provided us valuable information as we evaluate the home we are buying. Home Guard Inspections was very responsive and very thorough in their inspection. They were also able to do the inspection on short notice. I appreciated the phone call after the inspection to go through the report and get more clarification on the items detailed in the report. Overall we had a great experience using them.

We had Brad as our home inspector back in December. We had a good experience. He was timely, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He noticed small details with wear and possible issues which helped us a lot before closing. He also took the time to go over options and questions we had.
