Brad was great! He gave a very thorough report and helped us navigate some issues he discovered. The appointment had to be rescheduled and he was very accommodating and he took time to talk with us via a phone call since we are moving from our of state. He's very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Was referred to Brad by my realtor and what an asset he is to the home buying process. After doing a thorough inspection, we were able to meet with him on the property to discuss any findings or concerns he had. He also pictures of everything in areas under the home as well as in the attic that I would have never known about. Thanks to Brad we were able to educated buyers and not be blind sided by anything. He even came back to scope our sewer and provided a YouTube link to the video that we were able to provide to plumbers for estimates along with a detailed report of the sewer line with pictures and descriptions. Would absolutely choose Brad everytime!!!

Super informative. Did all the bells and whistles to make sure the house was in great shape. He went through everything with pictures. Extremely detailed and helpful. Helped us negotiate and additional $5,000 in closing costs from the sellers. Well worth the time and effort getting everything looked at.

We were doing a remote closing on a new construction townhome in American Fork, so it was really important for us to have a professional inspection that we could rely on. Brad was very flexible and worked with us and our builder to schedule the inspection close to the holidays. Everything about the process was great and the report he provided after the inspection was very helpful in our final walkthrough with the builder. He identified some critical issues that we would not have found on our own, including a missing cover for one of the vents on the roof (photo taken by his drone). It gave us great peace of mind to have his professional inspection before closing, even on new construction. Highly recommend!!!

We are buying a home for the first time in 28 years. Having a home inspection has provided us valuable information as we evaluate the home we are buying. Home Guard Inspections was very responsive and very thorough in their inspection. They were also able to do the inspection on short notice. I appreciated the phone call after the inspection to go through the report and get more clarification on the items detailed in the report. Overall we had a great experience using them.
