Brad was incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were on a tight timeline with needing to complete our inspection during our due diligence period, and Brad was able to come out next day and complete a standard inspection plus some add-ons. He was extremely communicative the whole time, and provided objective advice without any bias. After it all, he sat down with us for an hour to walk through every part of the inspection. Even more, after most would consider the job done, Brad continued to follow up with us over text to see if our home purchase had gone through.

The entire inspection experience went smoothly and will end up saving us lots of money and possibly some mistakes. Brad was in contact with me prior to our appointment to make sure he knew what we wanted, then scheduled a bit longer to get everything finished. When he was through, we met him and our realtor at the house and he showed us his pictures and went over the details of the inspection and answered our questions. Brad sent us the pictures and his findings so we can refer back to them and discuss future plans with our realtor. I highly recommend HomeGuard and Brad when you need an inspection on your home.
