Radon Test $99

Radon is a harmful radioactive and naturally occurring gas in over 7% of American homes. Radon levels are measured by picoCuries per liter of air (pCi/L), and interpreted Radon Test results are classified into two scenarios.

Scenario I – Radon level less than four pCi/L, which is considered to be safe.
Scenario II – Radon level above four pCi/L, which is considered to be unsafe.

The Environment Protection Agency has established levels of Radon below four pCi/L to be considered not elevated, whereas levels above four pCi/L are deemed elevated and merit a mitigation system.

Methamphetamine Test $179

With a rise in the use of methamphetamine, many people wish to test for the presence of methamphetamine residue in the home they are considering purchasing. A typical test involves collection of surface samples from the following areas:

Swab 1 – Heating, ventilation, and cooling ductwork.
Swab 2 – Main bathroom wall surface above vanity.
Swab 3 – Kitchen wall surface above oven/range.

Your test samples are then sent to a nationally certified laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art testing and analytical services.

Mold Test $279

Testing for mold in your air should be done when a visual examination of the property yields the following:

  • Evidence of water damage
  • Visible signs of dampness
  • Musty smells or odors
  • Obvious mold growth

Mold tests can be performed during your inspection to assess whether the property either does or does not have a cause for concern. The test would be paired with a sound visual inspection, which uncovers signs of mold presence or conditions conducive to mold presence.

Sewer Scope $199

Sewer scopes involve a video inspection of the main sewer line from the foundation to the municipality’s sewer tap or septic tank. The purpose is to identify visible defects such as the following:

  • Blockage or restriction
  • Standing water over 1 inch
  • Plant or tree root intrusion
  • Crushed or damaged pipe

Service can reveal potential blockages and other related problems that could cause the sewer to back up or lead to expensive sewer line repairs.

Termite Inspection $49

Are you in need of a Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Report that complies with NPMA-33 standards? This form is often required by lenders or buyers as part of the due diligence process before a property is sold. The inspection covers various pests such as the following:

  • Termites
  • Carpenter Ants
  • Carpenter Bees
  • Wood-Borking beetles

The NPMA-33 form informs about wood-destroying insect damage on a property, helping buyers/sellers make informed decisions and carry out necessary treatments.

Water Quality $199

Water quality in your home can be affected by various factors, including contamination from the source, supply pipes, valves, or fixtures. A typical test will identify the following contaminants.

  • Lead
  • Arsenic
  • Chlorine
  • Coliform
